DSV – Global transport and logistics busca un HRIS Analyst para liderar herramientas de RR.HH. y la adopción de sistemas, principalmente WorkForce Software, con colaboración global.

Se requiere experiencia en Time & Attendance (mínimo 3 años), Excel avanzado y conocimiento de HRIS; se valora SAP SuccessFactors. Contrato indefinido con modelo de trabajo flexible, incluyendo teletrabajo.

Formación

• Título universitario (RRHH, IT o Negocios) con al menos 3 años de experiencia en Time & Attendance.
• Dominio de WorkForce Software y Excel avanzado.
• Conocimiento de SAP SuccessFactors es plus.
• Inglés fluido, escrito y hablado, imprescindible para colaborar con equipos globales.

Responsabilidades

• Analizar procesos de negocio globales, identificar brechas y transformarlas en requisitos y soluciones.
• Colaborar con expertos y equipos de proyecto para diseñar y mejorar el HRIS, centrado en Time & Attendance y programación.
• Asegurar la calidad a través de pruebas de aceptación de usuario y creación de casos de prueba.
• Identificar y resolver problemas, proponiendo soluciones con gobernanza de sistemas.
• Apoyar la implementación y despliegue de WorkForce Software como solución clave de Workforce.
• Mantener documentación de procesos actualizada para promover la consistencia y las mejores prácticas.

HRIS Analyst

Would you like to join us on this ambitious journey and help us set the scene for DSV’s global HR tools in close collaboration with our stakeholders across the global DSV organization? As we continue to expand our HR tools, we are seeking a skilled and motivated HRIS Analyst to join our team. You will be working together with stakeholders at various levels, and you will experience a great degree of independence in a flexible and dynamic environment. The role will offer great exposure to DSV globally and within Group HR.

As a member of the Global HRIS team your major responsibilities will be:

• Consult with our global organization to analyze and understand business processes, identify gaps, and transform these into requirements, recommended solutions, and best practices. This role will primarily focus on the WorkForce Software technology.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and project teams to analyze, design, develop and enhance the HRIS landscape by providing valuable guidance, and contributions to decision-making focus on time and attendance and scheduling.
• Ensure quality assurance by engaging in User Acceptance Testing, creating testcases, performing rigorous testing of the new HR tools, documenting issues and test results.
• Engage in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues. Devise and implement solutions to issues in accordance with system governance.
• Support the onboarding and rollout of our Total Workforce Management solution with a key focus on the WorkForce Software technology.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation to promote consistency, transparency, and best practice.

• Education & Experience – Bachelor’s degree (e.g., HR, IT, Business), minimum 3 years of experience in Time & Attendance systems, preferably with WorkForce Software technology. Strong HR knowledge and advanced Excel skills are required. Experience with additional HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) is considered a plus. Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential, as the role involves regular collaboration with global stakeholders and international project teams.
