Job summary

Eurofragance is seeking a Junior Recruitment Specialist to join the People & Culture team. The role covers talent acquisition and HR operations for corporate and manufacturing environments, including Production, Warehouse, Logistics and Factory teams.

You will attract talent for office-based and operational roles, manage onboarding and contract processes, and ensure documentation compliance while supporting employer branding and local outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or HR Administration.
• Experience recruiting both professional/office and operational/manufacturing profiles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate and operational positions.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, agencies and local initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding activities, documentation, induction plans and probation follow-ups.
• Support lifecycle administration including contracts, amendments and records.
• Maintain compliant employee records and audit-ready documentation.
• Assist employer branding, campaigns, job fairs and local talent initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs like time-to-fill, source effectiveness and onboarding success.
• Maintain presence in Rubí Factory and Vallsolana offices and build stakeholder relationships.

Eurofragance is looking for a Junior Recruitment Specialist to join the People & Culture team and support both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations activities across our corporate and manufacturing environments. This role will play a key part in attracting and hiring talent for office-based positions as well as operational profiles within Production, Warehouse, Logistics and Factory teams, while also supporting essential employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, contract management and employee documentation.

Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both corporate and operational positions, including office-based roles as well as Production, Warehouse, Logistics and Factory profiles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define candidate profiles, coordinate interviews and ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Proactively source candidates through different channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, referrals and local recruitment initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth integration of new employees into the organization, including documentation, induction plans, systems access and follow-up during probation periods.
• Support employee lifecycle administration activities, including contract preparation and delivery, contractual amendments, employee documentation, internal movements, promotions and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all documentation complies with internal policies, legal requirements and audit standards.
• Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, job fairs, vocational schools and local talent attraction initiatives, particularly for operational and manufacturing populations.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate and onboarding success, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure regular presence in both Rubí Factory and Vallsolana offices according to business needs, building strong relationships with employees, managers and key stakeholders across both locations.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability, service orientation, attention to detail, proactivity and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain high levels of confidentiality, professionalism and integrity when handling candidate and employee information.

What You Need To Shine In This Role

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field. Additional courses or specialization in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Human Resources Management will be considered a plus.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Human Resources Administration.

Experience recruiting both professional/office profiles and operational/manufacturing profiles will be highly valued.

High command of Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, Excel and Teams.

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms will be highly valued.

Percentage of Travel Required (Yearly): Limited, mainly local. Flexibility to adapt on-site presence depending on the side (Vallsolana or Rubi).

High level of english.
