TCL Electronics Europe seeks an HR Business Partner to join our EU team and work on-site at our Madrid office, Spain.

You will report to the Country Manager and HRD of EU and provide strategic and operational HR services, advising managers and employees and leading HR projects to support business goals.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of HRBP or equivalent experience in a multinational environment.
  • Fluent in English, Chinese and Spanish (minimum B2).
  • Experience in consumer electronics/household appliances is desirable.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful HR initiatives that drive business results.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide generalist and operational HR support to managers and employees.
  • Partner with line managers to identify HR service requirements and support business change.
  • Act as first point of contact for employment legislation and dispute resolution.
  • Support L&D initiatives and talent management, succession planning, and data reporting.
  • Lead HR projects and ensure implementation of HR processes and policies.

As the TCL Europe Business Group, we are seeking the HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic EU team and on-site our office in Madrid, Spain

Reporting line: Country Manager andHRD of EU

The HR BP is responsible for aligning the HR activities with the business in the region by providing a comprehensive, professional and efficient service, offering strategic and operational support, advice and information to managers and employees, as well as with other members of the HR team, in the areas of individual employee relations, budgeting for staff costs and other employment-related costs, reporting, resource planning, staff recruitment, analysis and oversight of HR policies and procedures. HRBP supports an overall approach to the development, management, and implementation of HR activities.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Provision of generalist and operational HR support, acting as an internal HR consultant by providing advice and objective feedback to individuals and managers.
  • Understand the HR needs of the business and partner with line managers to identify their HR service requirements and support business change efforts, initiating and facilitating change and business improvement activity in line with strategy.
  • Act as the first point of contact for line managers and individuals with regard to issues related to employment legislation and dispute resolution, in order to assist them in handling/resolving the matter or referring them to the appropriate source of help.
  • Support the Learning & Development activities in the design and delivery of local talent management and succession planning, and sourcing specific performance data on individuals. Facilitate the implementation of organisational effectiveness and communications, in line with strategy.
  • Contribute to and lead HR projects and contribute to business projects.
  • Facilitate the understanding and implementation of key HR processes (resourcing, performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, succession planning, policy and practice, employment legislation) supported by the HR team where relevant.
  • Implement and maintain the highest professional standards for all HR activities in accordance with local legislations and good practice.
  • Manage the office administration/reception team, allocate tasks reasonably, and improve overall administrative efficiency.
  • Employee Health, Safety, and Compliance Support
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent role in a multinational environment.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese and Spanish– minimum B2 level;
  • Related industries i.e. consumer electronics, household appliance.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful HR initiatives that drive business results.
