Job summary

Horse Technologies Division, part of Horse Powertrain Ltd, is based in Valladolid and focuses on cost control for engineering projects. The role involves monitoring project costs, coordinating financial and operational data, and delivering actionable cost analyses for management.

We seek a professional with 4+ years in financial controlling, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP/ERP systems. English and Spanish fluency are required in our international environment.

• Support key project milestones by providing financial and cost control insights.

This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Valladolid, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What You Will Do

• Monitor and control project costs (COGS) throughout the project lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

• A proven track record, at least 4 years, in financial controlling and project cost management, preferably within industrial environments; experience working with SAP or other ERP systems is highly valued.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering will be valued.
• Excellent skills in financial analysis and reporting, with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong competencies in stakeholder management and cross-functional communication, with a collaborative approach.
• Excellent command of English and Spanish, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level).
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear business insights.
