Horse Powertrain in Madrid is seeking a Senior HR/Talent Project Manager to drive the global Talent & Development initiatives, coordinating across Talent Management and Performance Management while supporting governance and reporting. The role emphasizes cross-country collaboration, dashboards, and executive materials.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of multinational HR project experience, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and strong English skills; Spanish is valued.

Formación

• 5+ years of HR or Talent project/program management in a multinational setting.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Strong skills in executive presenting and data analysis (PowerPoint, Excel; Power BI is a plus).
• Project management and stakeholder influence with a collaborative approach.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the execution of the global Talent & Development agenda across Talent Management, Performance Management, and related HR initiatives.
• Facilitate global talent, succession, and performance processes, ensuring alignment across countries and stakeholders.
• Develop templates, toolkits, playbooks, and governance standards to enable consistent execution worldwide.
• Prepare executive presentations, business reviews, briefing materials, and decision-ready recommendations for senior leadership.
• Manage governance forums, talent councils, and leadership review meetings, ensuring follow-up on actions and deliverables.
• Lead global performance management campaigns, including communications, tracking, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Act as the key support for Talent & Performance systems, partnering with HRIS and IT teams on enhancements and rollouts.
• Maintain portfolio dashboards, project trackers, and reporting tools to provide visibility on milestones, risks, and progress.

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record, at least 5 years, in HR/Talent project or programme management and multinational cross-functional delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Excellent skills in executive presentation development and data analysis/reporting (PowerPoint, Excel; Power BI is a plus).
• Strong competencies in project management and stakeholder influence, with a collaborative approach.
• Knowledge of the automotive sector, HORSE Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Spanish and additional languages will be valued.
