Horse Powertrain in Madrid is seeking a senior procurement professional to own and govern global supplier lifecycle management and category governance. You will define policies, drive roadmaps, and lead onboarding, qualification, segmentation, performance, and exit frameworks across multinational teams.

You will enable data-driven decision making through analytics and governance, collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure compliance and continuous improvement, and help transform procurement

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record in strategic procurement and supplier management within complex multinational organizations, including supplier lifecycle management and category governance.
• A proven track record in leading cross-functional transformation or procurement excellence initiatives.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and influencing senior leadership in global environments.
• Excellent skills in data analytics, reporting, and procurement systems.
• Strong competencies in process governance and change management, with a collaborative approach.
• Strong competencies in strategic thinking and structured problem-solving, with a collaborative approach.
• Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; additional languages will be valued.
