Horse Powertrain Ltd in Madrid is seeking a senior strategist to lead corporate strategy, partnerships and business development across multinational operations. You will consolidate inputs, track KPIs and prepare materials for EMT and Board meetings.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field, with proven experience in strategy and partnerships, plus strong analytical, coordination and presentation skills. Fluent English; some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, International Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven track record and experience in corporate strategy, partnerships or business development within multinational companies.
• Proven experience coordinating global strategic projects or partnership portfolios.
• Strong understanding of corporate strategy, alliance governance and joint venture structures.
• Familiarity with M&A processes and technology partnerships is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across cultures.
• Fluent English and proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; Spanish, French or Chinese is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate corporate Strategy & Partnerships governance, reviews and decision-making.
• Track strategic priorities, KPIs, milestones and implementation progress.
• Consolidate divisional inputs into strategic reports and decision materials for EMT and Board meetings.
• Coordinate strategic partnerships, alliances and joint ventures, monitoring performance, risks and value creation.
• Support strategic projects, business cases, scenario analyses and new business opportunities.
• Align corporate and divisional S&P teams across regions and functions.
• Prepare executive presentations and strategic communications for internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive effective follow-up on strategic decisions, actions and partnership milestones.

What You’ll Do
