Horse Powertrain Ltd, based in Madrid with occasional travel to other sites, seeks a senior procurement leader to own global supplier lifecycle management and category governance. This role partners with stakeholders across functions to drive policy, governance, and KPIs aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

The candidate will lead transformation initiatives, develop roadmaps, and ensure operational excellence in procurement.

Responsabilidades

• Own and govern global Supplier Lifecycle Management and Strategic Category Panel Management processes.
• Define and deploy policies, governance models, standards, methodologies, and KPIs.
• Develop and execute global roadmaps aligned with Procurement strategy and business objectives.
• Lead supplier onboarding, qualification, segmentation, performance, development, and exit frameworks.
• Drive supplier panel strategy, optimization, resilience, and sustainability initiatives.
• Enable data-driven decision-making through analytics, reporting, and governance frameworks.

What you will be doing

• Own and govern global Supplier Lifecycle Management and Strategic Category Panel Management processes.

• Define and deploy policies, governance models, standards, methodologies, and KPIs.

• Develop and execute global roadmaps aligned with Procurement strategy and business objectives.

• Lead supplier onboarding, qualification, segmentation, performance, development, and exit frameworks.

• Drive supplier panel strategy, optimization, competitiveness, resilience, innovation, and sustainability initiatives.

• Enable data-driven decision-making through analytics, reporting, digital tools, and governance frameworks.

• Lead cross-functional transformation, change management, and capability development initiatives.

• Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure process compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record in strategic procurement and supplier management within complex multinational organizations, including supplier lifecycle management and category governance.

• A proven track record in leading cross-functional transformation or procurement excellence initiatives.

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and influencing senior leadership in global environments.

• Excellent skills in data analytics, reporting, and procurement systems.

• Strong competencies in process governance and change management, with a collaborative approach.

• Strong competencies in strategic thinking and structured problem-solving, with a collaborative approach.

• Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; additional languages will be valued.
