q.beyond ibérica S.L. is seeking an HR Tech & Automation Manager to own and evolve our HR systems landscape in Spain. You will analyze HR processes, automate workflows, and develop Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decisions.

The role focuses on adopting AI and automation solutions, leading HR technology projects, and ensuring high-quality data for efficient end-to-end processes. Fluent English is expected; German is a plus.

Formación

• Several years of experience in HR Systems, HR Technology, HR Operations, or Process Excellence.
• Experience with HR systems such as REXX or similar platforms.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools, ideally Power BI.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

• Several years of experience in HR Systems, HR Technology, HR Operations, or Process Excellence
• Experience with HR systems such as rexx or similar platformso
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools, ideally Power BI
• Strong affinity for digitalization, automation, and AI
• Fluent in English and German would be a plus
• Analytical, structured, and self-driven working style
