q.beyond ibérica S.L. is seeking a Payroll Operations & Process Manager to coordinate payroll preparation, ensure data accuracy, and act as the primary liaison with payroll providers, Finance, and internal teams.

You will define and optimize payroll processes, maintain data quality across HR systems, and drive standardization and compliance across locations while supporting nearshore collaboration and process improvements.

Formación

• Several years of experience in payroll operations, payroll administration, or payroll preparation.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, data quality, and process management.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

• Several years of experience in payroll operations, payroll administration, or payroll preparation
• Experience with payroll systems such as ADP and HR systems like rexx or similar solutions
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, data quality, and process management
• Experience working with external payroll providers
• Knowledge of labor law, compliance, and data protection requirements
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Fluent in English language skills, German is a plus
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
