q.beyond ibérica S.L. is seeking an experienced Business Application & Automation Engineer to enhance internal apps with AI-driven automation in a hybrid Spain-based environment. You will analyze requirements with stakeholders and implement automation across APIs, workflows and integrations.

The role emphasizes DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native approaches, with collaboration across teams and ongoing learning opportunities in AI-enabled development.

Formación

• Several years of experience in application management or the development of business applications.
• Hands-on programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, PowerShell or similar, with Git and modern development tools.
• Strong understanding of APIs, interfaces, data models and integration architectures.
• Experience with AI-enabled development and automation approaches.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, agent-based concepts and process automation.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, deployment and operations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Your Tasks

• Manage, support and continuously enhance internal business applications with a strong focus on AI-driven process automation.
• Analyze, design and implement business requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders, including the identification of suitable AI, agent-based, low-code/no-code and workflow automation use cases.
• Develop and maintain automations, workflows and integrations using scripting languages, low-code/no-code platforms and modern development tools.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate analysis, development, documentation and testing activities.
• Develop and operate AI agents to automate internal business and IT processes.
• Design, implement and operate integrations between internal and external systems using APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures and data integration technologies.
• Take responsibility for stable operations, monitoring, incident analysis and the continuous optimization of applications and integrations.
• Support projects for the introduction of new applications and technologies.
• Apply DevOps principles to automate deployment, testing and operational processes.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

• Several years of experience in application management or the development of business applications.
• Hands-on programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, PowerShell or similar, combined with solid experience in Git, code reviews and modern development environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs, interfaces, data models, integration architectures and ideally cloud-native integration patterns.
• Experience with AI-enabled development and automation approaches.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, agent-based concepts, process automation and the responsible use of AI in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines as well as deployment and operational processes.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with business stakeholders.
