Job summary

Scopely is seeking a Talent Tech Analyst in Barcelona on a hybrid basis, working 3 days a week from the hub. You will act as the technical administrator for Greenhouse and support the People Tech team globally with system design and maintenance.

Successful candidates will have 1–3 years in HR systems or ATS, strong attention to detail, and experience with Excel/Sheets. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and data governance across Workday and related tools.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience supporting HR systems or ATS.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to troubleshoot system issues and support end users.
• Interest in HR technology and process improvement.
• Proficient Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, data validation).

Responsibilities

• Administer Greenhouse ATS and support day-to-day operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues for TA and TO teams.
• Assist with configuration, permissions, templates, and settings in Greenhouse.
• Test new features, integrations, and process enhancements.
• Maintain People Tech documentation and data quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep processes up to date.
• Support training materials and user enablement resources.
• Monitor system behavior and perform data audits.
• Support additional People Systems, including Workday.
• Contribute to TA and People systems optimization.
