Amazon's Employee Experience & Outcomes organization is seeking an HR Specialist to join as an individual contributor reporting to the Research, Strategy and Solutions Leader. You will analyze data, workplace dynamics, and external trends to identify risks and translate insights into scalable programs that improve the employee experience across the network.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in employee relations, labor relations, or employment law.
• Experience as an HR specialist or HR generalist (e.g., HR Business Partner).
• Knowledge of HR data analysis and program design is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assess workplace data, dynamics, and trends to identify risks and gaps.
• Translate insights into scalable, proactive ER initiatives and programs.
• Influence leaders and collaborate cross-functionally to implement solutions at scale.
• Design and conduct research outputs to inform strategic decisions.
• Partner with Internal Communications, Legal, and Operations to align priorities.
• Lead cross-functional projects and measure program success with KPIs.
