Amazon's Employee Experience & Outcomes (EXO) team seeks an HR Specialist to join as an individual contributor, reporting to the Research, Strategy & Solutions Leader. You will assess data, workplace dynamics, and trends to identify risks and translate insights into scalable initiatives that drive lasting change at all levels.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, HR, Employment Law, or related field.
• Experience in employee relations or labor relations.
• Experience as an HR specialist, HR generalist/partner, HR manager, or in HR program roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Program Management, HR, Employment Law or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain ongoing workforce research and trend-monitoring frameworks.
• Develop predictive risk models to anticipate ER challenges.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies and programs.
• Synthesize data and present findings to senior leadership with clear recommendations.
