A leading manufacturer in composite materials seeks a talented Human Resources Specialist to manage personnel-related processes and payroll support in Falces, Navarra, Spain. The ideal candidate will handle employee data maintenance, compliance with labour regulations, and agency coordination, ensuring effective communication with employees and management. Formación

• 2-3 years in HR admin or payroll experience.
• Factory experience preferred.
• Agency coordination experience beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure accurate and timely administration of all personnel-related processes.
• Validate payroll inputs and track absences, overtime, deductions.
• Coordinate agency workers and track attendance and contracts.
• Prepare HR metrics and support audits.
• Respond to employee inquiries and assist onboarding/offboarding.
• Participate in meetings with employee representatives and trade unions.

Conocimientos

Fluent in English and Spanish

Accuracy in data management

Collaboration with production leaders

Understanding labour regulations

Ability to work with diverse workforce
