The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to management, ensuring HR initiatives align with business objectives while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

HR Specialist responsibilities include:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: from job posting and candidate screening to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding for new hires.
• Administrate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution and performance management.
• Develop and deliver training programs.
