Avature is seeking a Hybrid Implementation Lead to drive client-facing HR projects across large multinationals in Spain. You will analyze business needs, design configurations in the Avature platform, and guide teams to deliver high-quality deployments aligning with client goals.

You will collaborate with Product Design to enhance knowledge bases and provide actionable feedback. The role emphasizes stakeholder management, workshops, and on-site or virtual engagements.

Formación

• Proficient in English and French.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Interest in software configuration and process design.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client-facing implementations of strategic HR projects for large multinational companies.
• Analyze client needs to align Avature's solutions with objectives.
• Provide feedback to Product Design to improve best-practice designs.
• Review work of Implementation Associates to ensure project standards.
