The Game Kitchen seeks an experienced HR Technician to join its team in Sevilla or Tenerife. You will oversee direct management of 70+ employees, handling recruitment, admin operations, and talent development in a fast-paced games environment.

Demonstrated expertise in Spanish labor law and HR compliance, plus full professional fluency in Spanish and English, are required. The role offers a long-term hybrid schedule and a 33k gross annual salary, depending on experience.

Formación

• 5+ years leading teams of 50+ people.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in Spanish labor law and HR compliance.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Experience with HR systems (time tracking, attendance).

Additional information

• Type of contract:
  
  • Long term position. 40 hours/week contract.
  • From 33k gross annual salary depending on experience.
  • Workplace at our Sevilla or Tenerife facilities. Hybrid work available as well.
  • You might be required to attend up to 2 per-team and 2 company-wide team-building activities each year, travel and accommodation provided by the company.
