Bornan Sports Technology in Madrid seeks an HR Generalist to join a fast-growing team. You will lead the full recruitment cycle, design onboarding programs and coordinate international assignments for event teams.

You will manage personnel administration, contract management, and support payroll and clocking processes, with travel flexibility to national and international sports events.

Formación

• Degree in Labour Relations, HR, Sociology or similar.
• English level at least C1.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for major events.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Complete selection cycle: publication of offers, CV screening, dynamic interviews and headhunting in local and international environments.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: designing and implementing welcome plans and managing departures.
• Personnel administration: communication with employees, contract management, registrations and payroll variables control.
• Administrative tasks and documentation: updating internal databases and handling administrative tasks.
• International Operations Support: coordinating HR logistics for teams travelling to major events.

Are you passionate about technology, sports and talent development? At Bornan Sports Technology we revolutionize the world of sport through technological innovation. We develop cutting-edge solutions (scores, timing and real-time television graphics services) for the most important sporting events on the planet, both nationally and internationally. We are expanding our global team and are looking for a Human Resources Generalist profile who wants to take on the world, grow professionally and travel to international events. We want to count on you!

Your main responsibilities:

1. Complete selection cycle: Publication of offers, CV screening, dynamic interviews and headhunting in local and international environments.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding: Designing, participating and implementing memorable welcome plans to integrate new employees, as well as managing company departures.
3. Personnel administration: Communication with employees, contract management, registrations, terminations, control of payroll variables, control of clocking in, attendance...
4. Administrative tasks and documentation: Updating the internal database, managing administrative tasks...
5. International Operations Support: Coordination of HR logistics for teams travelling to major sporting events.

What is our ideal profile like?

1. Education: Degree in Labour Relations, Human Resources, Sociology or similar.
2. Languages: Minimum English level of C1 verifiable, as you will communicate daily with international teams.
3. Availability to travel: Total flexibility to travel nationally and internationally on a one-off basis during major sporting events.
4. Competencies: Proactive person, with excellent communication skills, high organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing environments.
5. Tools: Mastering the Office Package
