European Payments Initiative (EPI) is seeking a remote-first HR Project Manager to join our international team. You will partner with the Chief People Officer to translate HR strategy into execution, manage the HR roadmap, and lead cross-functional projects across Europe.

Formación

• Solid project management experience with methodologies and practices.
• Proficient with Jira including dashboards, reporting and data quality.
• Experience in an HR environment with HR processes and operations.
• Experience with budget management and follow-up, including personnel costs.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, autonomous mindset with the ability to prioritize and push multiple initiatives.
• Collaborative, low-ego approach with ability to influence without authority.
• Fluent in English (CEFR C1 or C2); other European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Turn HR strategy into actionable execution and drive the roadmap.
• Act as a strategic partner to CHRO with visibility on priorities, risks and budgets.
• Lead high-impact HR projects from deployment to process redesign and adoption.
• Own HR budget framework and forecast spend and commitments.
• Advance innovation in HR, including AI-enabled processes and smarter decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and communicate delivery status clearly.
