Job summary

Jobgether seeks an experienced HR professional to design and evaluate realistic HR work scenarios as an independent contractor. This remote role focuses on payroll operations, workforce planning, HR policies, and employee lifecycle management, translating challenges into measurable assessments.

The engagement runs for 12 months, part-time (around 10 hours per week), with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere.

Qualifications

• At least five years hands-on payroll/workforce planning or employee lifecycle ops.
• Experience developing or evaluating structured HR procedures and docs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply consistent standards.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, payroll reports, and HR reference materials.
• Written and verbal English at least B2; C1 preferred.
• HR certification (SHRM/CIPD/PHR) is a plus but not required.
• Independent, reliable and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-step HR tasks covering payroll operations and lifecycle processes.
• Establish structured grading rubrics and objective evaluation criteria.
• Assess candidates' professional judgment applying HR expertise.
• Prepare supporting HR documentation and reference materials.
• Ensure task quality, clarity, and reliable evaluation.
• Meet project deadlines and deliver approved assignments.
