Grow-Talent.com is recruiting a Dutch-speaking HR Payroll and Support professional to join the Valencia team, handling payroll inquiries and onboarding assistance for a leading BPO partner. You will ensure contract administration, time tracking, and compliance with labor laws while maintaining confidentiality.

The role requires Dutch native fluency and good English, payroll experience, and familiarity with payroll software.

Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Dutch-speaking HR Payroll and Support to join their team in Valencia.

Position: HR Payroll and Support

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to customers and app users via email, chat, and phone, ensuring prompt assistance
• Ensure all contract-related matters are organized
• Support new employees during their onboarding process
• Assist with administrative tasks like VSO agreements and time registration
• Review and verify the accuracy of documents, arrange work permits
• Continuously updated concerning legislation, including NDA and GDPR compliance
• Serve as the point of contact for all salary-related inquiries, and manage payroll
• Identify opportunities for smarter operations and contribute to process improvements based on feedback, prioritizing efficiency

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluency in Dutch, written and verbal, as well as good level of English
• Previous experience in payroll processing or HR support
• Familiarity with payroll software and HR management systems
• Basic knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance issues related to payroll
