Job summary

Grow-Talent.com is recruiting a Dutch-speaking HR Payroll and Support professional to join the Valencia team, handling payroll inquiries and onboarding assistance for a leading BPO partner. You will ensure contract administration, time tracking, and compliance with labor laws while maintaining confidentiality.

The role requires Dutch native fluency and good English, payroll experience, and familiarity with payroll software.

Qualifications

• Native Dutch with fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience in payroll processing or HR support.
• Familiarity with payroll software and HR management systems.
• Knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations and payroll compliance.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong analytical skills; confidentiality is essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers and app users via email, chat, and phone with prompt assistance.
• Ensure all contract-related matters are organized.
• Support new employees during onboarding processes.
• Assist with administrative tasks like VSO agreements and time registration.
• Review and verify document accuracy and arrange work permits.
• Stay updated on legislation, including NDA and GDPR compliance.
• Serve as the point of contact for salary-related inquiries and manage payroll.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements based on feedback and efficiency.
