The Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC) is seeking a Human Resources Officer specializing in Payroll and Personnel Administration to provide high-quality HR support across departments. Reporting to the Labour Relations Coordinator, you will manage payroll processes, onboarding and offboarding, and act as HR contact for researchers and managers.

Requirements include 3–5 years in HR, proficiency in Excel, and fluency in Spanish, Catalan, and English.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in an HR department, handling payroll and HR queries
• Solid knowledge of payroll processes and HR administrative cycles
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish, Catalan and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Full HR management of scientific departments under guidance of senior staff
• Payroll coordination and updates for assigned departments
• End of relation and offboarding processes
• Serve as HR contact for researchers and managers; provide guidance on day-to-day queries
• Support HR & Labour Relations Coordinator and data reporting
• Manage flexible compensation schemes and related perks
• HR data entry in ERP and reporting systems; ensure regulatory compliance
