Prada Group in Spain offers an HR Internship to support the HR function across Spain and Portugal, gaining hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR Compliance, Learning & Development, and HR projects.

You will work closely with the HR Director to deliver an outstanding employee experience in a dynamic luxury retail environment, handling confidential information and coordinating recruitment, onboarding and lifecycle activities.

Formación

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Willingness to learn and positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong communication in fast-paced, international environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

  • Support Talent Acquisition activities and candidate scheduling.
  • Coordinate onboarding and training logistics.
  • Assist with HR compliance tasks, including documentation.
  • Support HR projects across Spain and Portugal.
  • Maintain HR records and employee files.

Job Purpose

As an HR Intern, you will support the HR function across Spain and Portugal, contributing to key people processes throughout the employee lifecycle. Working closely with the HR Director, you will gain hands‑on experience in Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR Compliance, Learning & Development, and HR projects.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop practical HR expertise within a dynamic luxury retail environment. You will help deliver an outstanding employee experience while supporting initiatives that foster an engaging, compliant and high‑performing workplace, acting in line with Prada Group's values, culture and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
  • Screen CVs and support candidate selection.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes and interview scheduling with different stakeholders.
  • Liaise with candidates and proactively maintain pipelines.
  • Support the preparation of recruitment reports and recruitment metrics.
Onboarding & Employee Experience:
  • Prepare onboarding documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires and ensure all onboarding documentation is completed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate training logistics and monitor completion of mandatory training.
  • Support the coordination of employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, probation follow-up and related HR administrative processes.
HR Compliance:
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of the Equality Plan (Plan Igualdad).
  • Assist with GDPR compliance within HR.
  • Coordinate Health & Safety administrative activities, including training records, compliance trackers and follow-up actions.
  • Support the review, maintenance and communication of HR policies.
  • Assist with mandatory labour documentation and policy updates.
  • Support the Regional Employee Handbook.
HR Projects and administration:
  • Maintain HR records, employee files and HR systems, ensuring employee documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Support Talent Management initiatives.
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects across Spain and Portugal
Knowledge And Skills:

Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field

A smart, positive and humble attitude with a willingness to learn

Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information

Strong communication skills in a fast‑paced and international environment. You should be a fast learner with a keen eye for details, capable of handling urgent and critical processes

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships across teams at all organizational levels

Strong organizational and time management skills

Fluent in English and Spanish

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Internship requirements:
  • You must currently be enrolled in a university or an accredited Business School and be eligible to sign an internship agreement through your institution.
  • The internship duration is 6 months, with full‑time availability preferred.
  • Working hours of Monday to Friday
  • Availability to start September/October
