Job summary

Papernest is seeking an HR Intern for a 6-month internship starting in January. You will join the HR Team in Barcelona, acting as a local contact for employees and supporting HR processes and projects.

You will conduct mid-internship and exit interviews, assist managers on HR policy applications, and participate in transversal HR projects. The role offers a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Studying in HR/psychology/administration/management.
• Strong interest in HR topics and learning mindset.
• Motivated, organized, rigorous, dynamic and proactive.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and French; Spanish a plus.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and Workday.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR administration and ensurerigorous management of processes.
• Act as local HR contact for employees and managers.
• Coordinate mid-internship and exit interviews for feedback.
• Support managers with HR policy application and compliance.
• Contribute to transversal HR projects for Barcelona.
