Ferrovial Agroman SA in Madrid is seeking a Corporate HR assistant to support data, processes, and strategic programs within the HR area. You will help improve data accuracy, maintain processes, and enable effective HR operations.

You will also assist in updating the employee handbook, coordinating internal communications, supporting training activities, and participating in talent reviews, salary evaluations, and diversity initiatives under Centers of Excellence.

Formación

  • University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or similar.
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources is a plus.
  • Interest in the HR field and motivation to learn in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Competencies: proactivity, organization, and attention to detail.
  • English level: C1.

Responsabilidades

  • Data Management: Support data management and perform administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
  • Employee Handbook: Update the employee handbook by incorporating changes in policies and internal processes.
  • Internal Communication: Organize effective communications and provide visibility to HR updates and projects.
  • Training: Collaborate in the implementation of the training plan, identification of training and development needs, and management and execution of training activities.
  • Talent Management and Development: Assist in the annual talent review process.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Support the management of the annual performance evaluation and salary review process.
  • Engagement and Diversity: Participate in initiatives and programs driven by Centers of Excellence to foster engagement and diversity.

Job Description:

About the role

You will be part of the Corporate Human Resources team, collaborating on key projects that drive employee experience and organizational development. Your mission will be to provide support in managing data, processes, and strategic programs within the area, ensuring that HR policies and practices are implemented effectively and aligned with the corporate culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Support data management and perform administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

  • Employee Handbook: Update the employee handbook by incorporating changes in policies and internal processes.

  • Internal Communication: Organize effective communications and provide visibility to HR updates and projects.
