Job summary

Orisha is hiring an HR Generalist for its Pamplona office, reporting to the HR Manager in Barcelona. You will serve as the on-site HR contact, coordinating payroll, employee lifecycle, time and attendance, and health and safety matters for the team in Navarra.

You will support labor relations, benefits administration, and the implementation of Workday, while ensuring compliance with local labour agreements and company policies.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of experience in personnel administration or payroll outsourcing.
• Degree in Labor Relations, HR, Law, or related field.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and adaptable work style.
• Fluent Spanish with professional English communication.
• Experience with HR management platforms (e.g., Workday).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding; draft employment contracts and amendments.
• Gather, prepare and submit monthly payroll variables to external consultancy; validate final payslips.
• Oversee time, attendance, and training; manage FUNDAE programs and tax credits.
• Support relationship with Works Council and Labour Unions; ensure compliance with collective bargaining.
• Coordinate health, safety, and employee benefits; assist with Workday implementation.
