- Liaise with external payroll and employment advisers and other service providers whenever necessary.
2. Employee relations and communication
- Maintain a constructive and effective relationship with employee representatives.
- Prepare and follow up on meetings, consultations, requests and agreements with the Works Council.
- Support the management of employment‑related issues and conflicts, promoting dialogue and solution‑oriented approaches.
- Contribute to clear, approachable and consistent internal communication aligned with the company's values.
3. Talent attraction, onboarding and retention
- Support recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Drive improvements in onboarding and integration processes for new employees.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives that strengthen our employee value proposition.

4. People development and continuous improvement
- Participate in the design and implementation of professional development and career progression plans.
- Support performance management, training and team development processes.
- Provide guidance and support to department heads in managing and developing their teams.
- Gather employee feedback and insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of HR processes and tools, promoting increasingly efficient and people‑oriented practices.
What are we looking for?

- Previous experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong, practical knowledge of the Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Hospitality Industry in the Balearic Islands and applicable employment legislation.
- Experience managing permanent seasonal employees, particularly regarding recall procedures, employment guarantees and the monitoring of active and inactive employment periods.
- Knowledge of employment contracts, personnel administration, employee relations and the management of employment‑related issues.
- Experience liaising with employee representatives.
- Good working knowledge of office software and HR management systems.
- Spanish and English are essential requirements for this position.
What kind of person are we looking for?

- Proactive and solution‑oriented, with sound judgement and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Service‑minded, with an understanding of the needs of the hotel business and its teams.
- Someone who takes initiative, is curious about new ways of working, challenges existing processes when appropriate and turns ideas into practical improvements.
- Someone eager to be part of an evolving project, bringing both strong employment relations expertise and fresh ideas to improve the employee experience.
What do we offer?
- The opportunity to join a hotel project with real people management challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- An environment where you can apply your employment relations expertise and actively contribute to the development of HR processes.
- The opportunity to help shape initiatives in onboarding, employer branding, talent retention and professional development.
- Close contact with our teams and active involvement in the day‑to‑day operations of the resort.
- A project where professional rigour, collaboration, initiative and continuous improvement are genuinely valued.
