Job summary

Simon-Kucher, a global growth consultancy, is seeking an HR Analytics professional to join our Healthcare & Life Sciences team in Spain. You will work on end-to-end workforce planning, data extraction from SAP, and performance analysis to support senior stakeholders.

Based in Barcelona or Madrid, you will develop dashboards and reports, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help translate data insights into strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Power Query and Pivot Tables.
• Advanced-Proficient level of English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large datasets.
• Basic knowledge or interest in Power BI and data visualization tools.
• Ability to prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end HR Analytics and workforce planning for Healthcare & Life Sciences team.
• Assist with annual FTE planning aligning staffing with business goals.
• Analyze FTE utilization to assess workload and resources.
• Contribute to employee performance analysis for talent development.
• Extract and consolidate data from SAP and internal databases.
• Perform data cleaning, validation and quality checks for accuracy.
