NDA is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to lead the recruitment for its Iberian store network across Spain and Portugal. You will define hiring needs, publish roles, source, interview, and present candidates, then drive onboarding for store-based roles.

You will collaborate with Store/Area Managers, HRBPs, and corporate teams, manage external partners, and contribute to Employer Branding. A strong English level and retail recruitment experience are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Talent Acquisition for the retail business in Spain and Portugal, working with Store Managers, Area Managers, HR Business Partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for the Iberian store network, from defining needs and publishing roles to sourcing, interviewing, presenting candidates, and onboarding.
• Recruit Sales Assistants, Assistant Store Managers, Store Managers, and other retail-related roles.
• Work closely with business managers to understand store needs and anticipate future hiring.
• Coordinate external recruitment partners when needed.
• Participate in regular business and HR meetings to review recruitment processes, priorities, and needs.
• Prepare and analyze recruitment KPIs, track vacancies, and report on activity.
• Contribute to Employer Branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Create and improve Talent Acquisition procedures, tools, and processes.
• Collaborate on international projects and liaise regularly with corporate teams.
• Gradually support other People projects related to the retail business.
