Allianz Technology is seeking a Global Talent Management Partner to act as a strategic talent partner for senior business stakeholders, talents, and global HR teams. You will deliver skills and role-based succession pipelines and enable internal mobility across the organization.

You will leverage AI and advanced technologies to improve processes, establish global standards, and govern talent practices with KPIs.

Formación

• 5+ years in Talent Management/Development in multinational settings.
• Experience delivering executive pipelines and succession planning.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business priorities into actionable talent strategies.
• Lead ongoing succession planning with internal and external options.
• Coach executives and talents, enabling internal mobility at scale.
• Partner with global HR to implement governance and KPIs.
