Job summary

team.blue in Europe is transforming its HR operating model. We seek an HR Insights & Analytics Manager to build the people analytics capability from the ground up, turning data across 17 countries into clear insights for leaders.

You will design dashboards, enable salary reviews and pay gap reporting, and drive strategic decisions with advanced analytics. This foundational role suits a hands-on, data-driven professional.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in people analytics, HR reporting or workforce intelligence.
• Experience building HR analytics capabilities from early stage.
• Experience presenting data to senior leaders including CEOs/board.
• Familiarity with HiBob or similar HRIS; engagement surveys and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the group-wide HR data and reporting framework with consistent definitions and metrics.
• Lead data quality remediation and ensure clean input at source.
• Define and implement mandatory reporting standards across the business.
• Build division-level dashboards and provide real-time headcount, attrition, vacancies, and payroll metrics.
• Develop workforce planning models and link data to business performance.
• Advance the analytics agenda including AI and automation opportunities.
