• Oversee room readiness: assign, inspect, and verify room status; report discrepancies.
• Manage operational logistics: monitor schedules, payroll, inventory, and lost-and-found.
• Coordinate maintenance needs with Engineering and Property Operations.
• Support housekeeping by performing attendant tasks as needed.
• Delight guests by addressing special needs promptly and professionally.
