• 3–5 years of experience in sales management or hotel sales leadership.
• Strong commercial mindset with networking, negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with international hotel brands is highly valued.
• Fluent Spanish is essential; professional English required.
• Additional languages are advantageous.
• Proven experience in Groups, Events and Account Management.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hotel's Sales & Commercial Plan and strengthen market positioning.
• Develop and execute sales actions to drive revenue across B2B segments.
• Develop new business opportunities across Leisure, Groups, MICE and Social Events.
• Build, nurture and grow relationships with key accounts.
• Conduct client visits, FAM trips, show rounds and targeted sales initiatives.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events.
• Coordinate with Marketing to align promotional materials.
• Monitor sales KPIs, market trends and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management & BI to optimize Total Revenue and pace.
