Job summary

TUI Group in Mallorca seeks digitally savvy, customer-focused Hotel Reps to create memorable moments for travelers. You must have the right to work in Spain and be based in Mallorca; the role is locally employed for the season from March/April 2027 to October.

You will earn a base from 1990€ gross per month with monthly commissions (200€–600€ on average). Training, language lessons, iPad and uniform are provided.

Qualifications

• Driving licence is required.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable moments for customers, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
• Engage with international customers, assess needs, and upsell experiences.
• Aim to exceed sales targets with no upper limit on earnings.
• Resolve issues professionally and empathetically.
• Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers and partners across borders.
