Job summary

TUI is seeking digitally savvy Hotel Reps in Mallorca to welcome customers and promote our experiences. This locally employed role requires the right to work in Spain and is seasonal, starting March/April 2027 and running through October.

Compensation starts at 1,990€ gross per month with an average commission of 200€–600€ per month, plus training, access to learning resources, iPad and uniform. A fijo discontinuo contract supports seasonal work with growth opportunities.
