Nonius, a leading provider of Guest Technology Solutions for the hospitality industry, is seeking a Support Engineer with networking experience for Spain and worldwide groups. This full-time, on-site role is based at our Madrid office.

You will diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, monitor SLA compliance, manage tickets with Jira/Zendesk/ServiceNow, and communicate clearly with Spanish clients and internal teams. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Proven experience in Technical Support/Helpdesk or Support Engineering, ideally in a B2B hospitality-tech environment.
• Expertise with network infrastructure, hardware, or software solutions in hospitality.
• Strong hands-on experience using ticketing tools (Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow) and managing SLAs.
• Proactive AI mindset: curiosity for AI developments and ability to integrate AI tools to improve workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.
• SLA tracking and daily queue management to ensure timely ticket resolution.
• Clear communication with Spanish clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Field Operations for on-site maintenance and support.
• Maintain data integrity in the ticketing system and update assets and notes.
• Prepare performance data and incident summaries for accounts as needed.
