Aethos Mallorca, part of the Aethos international hospitality brand, seeks a friendly Waiter to join our team on Mallorca's southwest coast. You will be the welcoming face, delivering delectable meals and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-standard setting.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in hospitality is valued.
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding guest service by creating a warm, welcoming, and personalized dining experience.
• Provide menu recommendations, take and serve orders, and ensure high service standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented dining areas.
• Support stock control and ensure service items are replenished for operation.
• Process guest payments accurately.
• Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations for guests and colleagues.
• Work collaboratively with restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure guest-focused service.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service by creating a warm, welcoming, and personalized dining experience.
• Provide expert menu recommendations, accurately take and serve food and beverage orders, and ensure exceptional service standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented dining areas in line with Aethos standards.
• Support stock control and ensure all service items are replenished and ready for operation.
• Process guest payments accurately while following company procedures.
• Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
• Work collaboratively with the restaurant and kitchen teams, contributing to a positive, efficient, and guest-focused service.
