Minor Hotels Madrid is seeking a Booking Agent to join the Reservation Department in Madrid. You will manage reservation requests across channels, provide hotel information, upsell and cross-sell, and strive to exceed customer expectations with excellent service.

We look for candidates with flexibility, proactivity and a goal-driven mindset; hospitality or tourism training is preferred; sales and customer service experience are valued; English proficiency is a must; this is a full‑time,
