Radisson Hotel Group is seeking tech-savvy, hospitality-focused individuals to join a new team within Hospitality IT Service Management in Madrid. The role focuses on test planning, automation, and collaboration with IT domain leads to ensure high-quality hotel operations support across Front Office, M&E, POS and loyalty systems.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s in IT or Hospitality IT, plus 5+ years in test automation and relevant certifications.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Hospitality IT or related field.
• ISTQB Foundation or higher is desirable.
• Experience with SAP TMSforHotels and hotel operations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop detailed test plans and test cases to verify functionality, usability, performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with IT domain leads, IT BRM, and IT Service Owners.
• Execute test scenarios and report results to stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive QA documentation and participate in QMR.
• Improve QA processes and risk assessments within QA.
