Radisson Hotel Group seeks a QA/Test professional to strengthen its Hospitality IT Service Management testing. You will develop test plans, execute scenarios, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure robust quality across Front Office, M&E, POS, and Loyalty systems.

The role requires hospitality domain knowledge, ITIL/ISTQB background, and experience with SAP testing tools. Expect a demanding yet rewarding environment with global standards and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and hospitality background are required.
• ITIL and/or ISTQB certification at Foundation level or higher is highly desirable.
• SAP certifications are desirable for SAP testing environments.
• 5+ years' experience in test automation with detailed test scripts.
• Hospitality experience (Front Desk, M&E, Night Audit) and end-to-end processes knowledge.
• International work experience is preferred.
• Experience with SAP TMSforHotels and PMS systems like Opera or Shiji.
• Knowledge of SAP functional modules (FI, CO, MM) is a plus.
• Experience in Helpdesk functions and IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira/Confluence, Tosca.
• Punctual, collaborative, structured, and able to document procedures clearly.
• Ability to train others in automation best practices and present results for UAT.
• Strong debugging skills for SAP environments and proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on feature requirements.
• Collaborate with IT teams to understand scope and requirements of each test.
• Ensure test cases include preconditions, steps, and expected results.
• Define test data aligned with business processes and execute tests on schedule.
• Handle defects with IT teams and maintain test documentation.
• Report test results and metrics to stakeholders as part of QA processes.
