Shiji is seeking a Training & Implementation Specialist to guide customers through onboarding and adoption of the ReviewPro platform. You will serve as trusted advisor during early customer lifecycle, delivering training and best practices to help clients achieve business objectives.

You will coordinate with Customer Success, Support and Product teams, manage timelines, track progress in CRM, and identify opportunities to expand product usage.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success or related roles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training delivery skills.
• Strong relationship-building with a customer-centric approach.
• Highly organized with solid project management skills.
• Experience with hospitality, SaaS, or technology industries preferred.
• Proficient in English and Spanish; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Your role

The Training & Implementation Specialist is responsible for guiding customers through the successful implementation, onboarding, and adoption of the ReviewPro platform. Acting as a trusted advisor during the early stages of the customer lifecycle, this role delivers training, provides industry best practices, and ensures customers are equipped to achieve their business objectives and maximize value from the platform.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation and onboarding process.
• Manage project timelines, onboarding milestones, and customer readiness activities to ensure a successful platform deployment.
• Deliver product training sessions and hospitality best practice guidance tailored to customer needs and business objectives.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor, supporting customers throughout their adoption journey.
• Monitor onboarding progress, platform usage, and engagement levels, proactively addressing challenges that could impact customer success.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Product, and other internal teams to resolve implementation issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and implementation documentation within CRM and internal systems.
• Identify opportunities for increased adoption, additional product value, and potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities, escalating them to the appropriate teams.

Requirements

• Experience in implementation, customer onboarding, customer success, customer support, account management, or a related customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training delivery skills.
• Strong relationship-building abilities with a customer-centric and consultative approach.
• Highly organized with strong project management and time management capabilities.
• Comfortable working with technology platforms, data, and CRM systems.
• Hospitality, SaaS, or technology industry experience is preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English, Spanish, and French, German, Italian, or Portuguese.
