Shiji is seeking a motivated Product Manager/Product Owner to join our SaaS hospitality team. You will shape product direction, translate roadmaps into actionable backlog items, and guide teams from ideation to delivery with a strong emphasis on user value and alignment with business goals.

You will collaborate with UX, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive dashboards and surveys, ensuring data privacy and compliance. A hybrid Barcelona presence is expected as part of a global team.

Formación

Job Summary

We're looking for a motivated and driven Product Manager/Product Owner to join our innovative team in the SaaS hospitality industry. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products to meet the evolving needs of our clients in the hospitality industry. What You'll do

Product delivery

• Decompose roadmap initiatives into epics, user stories, and sprint-ready tasks.
• Own and manage a prioritized product backlog based on business value, feasibility, and dependencies.
• Drive sprint planning and execution with engineering, ensuring stories are well defined, estimated, and ready.
• Lead and contribute to agile ceremonies: refinement, stand ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives.
• Define acceptance criteria and validate outcomes to ensure quality and expected behavior before release.
• Partner with UX and UI to deliver simple workflows and clear information design for dashboards and survey tooling.
• Work closely with engineering to deliver on time, manage scope, and resolve trade-offs quickly.

AI-assisted product management

• Use AI tools as a daily working partner for ideation, requirements writing, research, and documentation.
• Leverage AI-assisted workflows to accelerate the full initiative lifecycle ---from hypothesis to specs to Jira scaffolding.
• Apply critical judgment to AI-generated outputs and identify new opportunities to integrate AI into both the product and the process.

Stakeholder and customer alignment

• Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership with clarity.
• Gather and prioritize customer feedback and feature requests, ensuring alignment with product strategy
• Ensure products follow guest data privacy and compliance requirements relevant to hospitality.
• Participate in cross-product integration decisions

Requirements

• Proven experience as Product Manager and or Product Owner in SaaS or B2B software.
• Strong ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured plans, clear requirements, and shipped outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills. You use data to prioritize, measure impact, and make decisions.
• Solid agile practice. You write good user stories, run backlog management, and support sprint execution.
• Strong communication skills with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Experience with JIRA, Monday, Miro, or similar tools.
• Experience managing a multi-product or multi-module portfolio.

Nice to Have

• Hospitality industry experience or domain knowledge (OTAs, hotel operations, guest experience).
• Experience with AI-powered products or features.
• Background in data-driven products (dashboards, reporting, analytics).
