Lighthouse, a fast-growing AI platform for hospitality, seeks a Revenue Team seller in Spain. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting hotel groups with our real-time BI platform to optimize revenue.

You will build a strong pipeline, hit quota, and collaborate with AI-enabled enablement and coaching tools to sharpen discovery and value messaging. This is a dynamic, high-impact role in a scaling company.

Formación

• Fluent in English (and German) required.
• Experience selling BI or revenue optimization solutions is a plus.
• Ability to manage complex enterprise deals.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Build and manage a personal pipeline with quota accountability.
• Work with hotel groups and C-level stakeholders.
• Sell Lighthouse BI platform to optimize revenue.
