Lighthouse seeks a results-driven Enterprise Sales professional to lead the full sales cycle for its Hospitality BI platform. You will prospect, qualify, and close deals with hotel groups and chains, owning a quota and building a strong pipeline in a fast-growing market.

In this hunter role, you’ll partner with Revenue Managers and C-level stakeholders, using MEDDPICC and AI-assisted tools to drive revenue growth and customer value across Spain.

Formación

• 2+ years of successful B2B closing experience selling Hospitality Technology or complex SaaS solutions.
• Experience within the hospitality industry is required.
• Exceptional command of the English language and fluency in German.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close as the face of Lighthouse BI for prospective clients.
• Build your own pipeline and manage a quota with MEDDPICC discipline.
• Collaborate with Revenue Managers, Commercial Directors, GMs and C-level stakeholders to improve hotel commercial performance.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to prepare, discover, and position Lighthouse BI solutions for maximum impact.
