We are seeking a Cataluña Sales Representative to drive sales growth and build deep relationships with healthcare professionals in the Barcelona area. You will be the face of our customer experience approach, delivering value for customers and patients while maintaining ethical and compliant practices.

In this role you will identify high-potential customers, tailor engagement journeys, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address unmet needs.

Formación

  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related commercial environments.
  • Established network within the target customer group is highly desirable.
  • Specific product knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Strong account management and commercial excellence capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and selling skills.
  • Ability to identify customer insights and translate them into business opportunities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of compliance, ethics, and industry regulations.
  • Effective conflict management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate scientific and commercial information effectively.

Responsabilidades

  • Identify and prioritize high-potential customers through data analysis (HCPs and stakeholders) who influence prescription decisions.
  • Drive sales performance through the skillful orchestration of positive customer experiences.
  • Engage and build relationships.
  • Engage in value-based conversations (in-person and virtually) to understand critical customer challenges, decision-drivers, pain points and opportunities.
  • Personalize and orchestrate customer engagement journeys for target HCPs by reflecting customer preferences, leveraging available content and multiple engagement channels.
  • Build engagement by working in partnership with HCPs to develop a sustained collaboration over time for Sandoz.
  • Deliver memorable, customer-centric experiences beyond clinical differentiation by listening to their needs and understanding their healthcare environment.
  • Establish effective working relationships with opinion leaders and top medical influencers (at territory level) and challenge current behaviors in order to improve the patient journey (right patient, right time).
  • Develop deep customer insights and understanding.
  • Gather insights into the customer’s business to uncover what is important to them.

As a Cataluña Sales Representative, you will be a leading driver of customer interactions and sales performance. You will be the face of our customer experience approach, building deep relationships that deliver value for customers and patients in order to drive sales growth in a compliant and ethical manner.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and prioritize high‑potential customers through data analysis (HCPs and stakeholders) who influence prescription decisions.
  • Drive sales performance through the skillful orchestration of positive customer experiences.
  • Engage and build relationships.
  • Engage in value‑based conversations (in‑person and virtually) to understand critical customer challenges, decision‑drivers, pain points and opportunities.
  • Personalize and orchestrate customer engagement journeys for target HCPs by reflecting customer preferences, leveraging available content and multiple engagement channels.

  • Share customer insights with relevant internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis to support the development of product‑ and indication‑related content, campaigns and interaction plans.
  • Delivery value to customers and patients.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement solutions that address unmet customer and patient needs.
  • Act as a trusted partner to the customer for the purpose of helping them run their business; listen to learn; strive to deepen the relationship in a compliant and ethical manner; position themselves to create value‑add solutions.
  • Act with integrity and honesty by treating customers and colleagues in a transparent and respectful manner with clear intent.
  • When facing ethical dilemmas, do the right thing and speak up when things don't seem right.

Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.
