Barcelona Wine Bar is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead a busy venue in Barcelona. You will guide front-of-house and kitchen operations, maintain quality standards, and develop a motivated team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, guest focus, and operational excellence in a vibrant, food-and-drink environment. You’ll implement policies, recruit and train staff, manage supplies, and drive revenue through superb service.

Formación

• Prior high-volume restaurant management experience is required.
• Demonstrates dependable, detail-obsessed work ethic and openness to feedback.
• Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities daily in a busy setting.
