CTGE in Madrid is seeking a Health-Safety-Environment Intern to join our Safety & Environmental Office. You will support invoicing, documentation, data collection, and routine HSE reporting while performing general administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, speak Spanish at C1/C2, and are proficient with Office 365. An interest in renewable energy or safety engineering is a plus and a great fit for emerging HSE professionals.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Economics, or related field.
• Spanish proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• Experience with Office 365 or similar productivity tools.
• Interest in renewable energy or engineering safety is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in collecting, organizing, and verifying invoices from departmental vendors.
• Upload invoices and payment requests into the corporate finance system and monitor approvals.
• Provide administrative support for purchasing supplies, site safety equipment, or PPE.
• Collect site data and assist in drafting routine HSE reports.
• Manage filing, archiving, and minutes of meetings; schedule departmental meetings.

We are looking for a Health-Safety-Environment Intern for our Safety & Environmental Office (SEO) Department. If you are interested to join a leading renewable energy group and you are looking for new professional opportunities, do not hesitate to apply!

Functions & Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting, organizing, and verifying invoices from departmental vendors (such as OCA statutory inspection bodies, safety consultancies, and engineering contractors).
• Responsible for uploading invoices and payment requests into the corporate finance system, monitoring internal approval workflows to ensure timely payments.
• Provide administrative support for the purchase of daily office supplies, site safety equipment, or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

2. Reporting & Document Management

• Help collect weekly/monthly data from project sites (such as man-hours, waste disposal volumes, and environmental metrics) and assist in drafting routine administrative or HSE statistical reports.
• Manage the classification, scanning, digitalization, and cloud-based archiving of important departmental files, management system certificates, meeting minutes, and regulatory documents.
• Assist in scheduling departmental meetings, drafting Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and tracking the status of action items.

3. General Daily Support and any other Ad-hoc task.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Economics, or related fields.
• Spanish Proficiency - C1/C2 Level
• Interest in Renewable Energy or engineering safety is a plus
• Experience with Office 365
