China Three Gorges Europe is seeking an Asset Management Assistance Intern to join the Asset Management team in the Production & Operation Department. You will learn and assist across multiple tasks, including tool implementation, data validation, and maintenance strategy development.

Key duties include creating asset data, supporting end-user training, and preparing reports and dashboards while collaborating with operations and maintenance teams.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant discipline.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical engineering concepts.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Fluent in Spanish (C2) and English (C1).
  • Knowledge of asset management tools and maintenance strategies.

Responsabilidades

  • Support asset management tool implementation and related activities.
  • Assist in preparing, validating, and uploading asset master data, maintenance plans and hierarchies.
  • Help define and standardize preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
  • Test asset management tool functionalities and validate configurations before deployment.
  • Assist in end-user training, including guides, materials and workshops.
  • Collaborate with operations and maintenance to collect and update asset data.
  • Monitor data quality and system adoption during rollout.
  • Support preparation of reports, dashboards and progress tracking.

At China Three Gorges Europe we are looking for a Asset Management Assistance Intern to join the Asset Management team of our Production & Operation Department and support our mission of powering the world with renewable energy. In this role, you will learn and assist in different tasks:

  • Support the asset management tool implementation and asset management activities across the organization.
  • Assist in the preparation, validation, and upload of asset master data, maintenance plans, and equipment hierarchies.
  • Support the definition and standardization of preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
  • Assist in testing asset management tool functionalities and validating system configurations before deployment.
  • Support end-user training activities, including the preparation of user guides, training materials, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to collect, review, and update asset and maintenance information.
  • Assist in monitoring data quality and system adoption during the asset management tool rollout.
  • Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and implementation progress tracking.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or any other relevant discipline.
  • Solid understanding of basic mechanical engineering concepts.
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Spanish Advanced Level (C2-Native Level)
  • English Advanced Level (C1 Level)
Other Valuable Requirements:
  • Master's degree (or currently enrolled) in Asset Management, Maintenance Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Industrial Management, Energy Management, or Digital Transformation.
  • Knowledge of asset management tools, maintenance strategies, asset lifecycle management, or data analytics.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical specifications (desirable).
  • Familiarity with project documentation workflows.
  • Highly organized, proactive and methodical. High attention to detail and reliability.
  • Good communication skills with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
